SCS is now able to help you with your ACT or computer related issues remotely over the Internet.  We are able to visually observe your system and assist you better on your questions.  Or, if you do not feel comfortable performing trouble-shooting on your own, we are also able to do those mouse clicks for you remotely.  You will first need to download a remote client software.

Warranty support
30-days of warranty support is provided free of charge. Your warranty support covers installation of ACT!, upgrading from a previous version, and getting started with ACT! e-mail, faxing, and word processing.

For non-warranty issues not covered during your 30 days or after your 30 days of Warranty Support, options for receiving ongoing telephone support include Per-Incident Support, Per-Minute Support, or an annual ACT! Advantage membership.

If you rarely call technical support, paying for support as-you-go is likely the best solution for you. Using Per-Incident Support, each incident or issue is charged at $29.95US to your credit card. If an incident takes more than one phone call to resolve, you'll not be charged any additional fees.

ACT! Advantage provides you unlimited toll-free, priority access to Technical Support Analysts for one year for ACT! and ACT!
