Spitz,
president of SCS, is an ACT! Certified Consultant since 1994 who
specializes in software training and ACT! customization in the
New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut metropolitan area. Rich is
a contributing writer to ACT! Extra and ACT! in Action, and a
contributor to the ACT! for Windows for Dummies book. Rich Spitz
is an ACT! Certified Consultant with an MBA in Computer
Information Systems and twenty years of extensive experience in
computer systems. He has installed and customized ACT! for DOS,
Windows, and Networks for many satisfied ACT! users.

Perry
Grosser
is an ACT! Certified Consultant with an MBA in Computer
Science and an MS in Accounting. He has over eighteen years of
experience with Accounting Information Systems, network and
computer installations and maintenance, desktop support, and
ACT! support. He has worked with ACT! in many different
environments, customizing it for specific clients needs.

 Stan
Hsu
is an MCSE (Microsoft Certified System Engineer) and an ACT!
specialist with an MS in Computer Science and an MS in
Telecommunications. He also holds several other IT
certifications, including A+, Network+, Server+, and i-Net+.
Stan has over ten years of experience with PC systems and
local area networking. He has installed and customized
ACT! in many different environments. He is an expert on
PocketPC and Palm devices,
and has been integrating them with ACT! for many of our
clients. Stan has worked on several of our clients'
websites, including our own. Currently, Stan has been
working on several web-based ACT! projects.
